Women Entrepreneurship

Do we know the meaning of entrepreneurship? Do we accept women’s in the business world? Do we have full faith in decision making on them?

Entrepreneurship means an activity to set up a business and ability to take financial risk and hope for profit. Women’s are meant to be best home-makers; this is what our society thinks. In this world full of various achievements of various women’s in various fields still we are not supposed to ask our women’s that what property should we buy or how much risk can we bear in that particular business or how much investment we need in setting up a new business, we saw them as the best who can choose the colors of the blankets or the sofa set for the hall.

Women’s are the multi-tasked by birth. They know how to take care of their family with their business; they know how to feed their baby and how to earn living for her family on the other hand. Women’s are supposed to be best for the dynamic situations. There are so many examples of various women are who are the leaders as well as the best business-women like: Kiran Mazumdar shah; she started her business with making enzymes for the wines and end up with having a big giant pharmaceutical company.

Our women’s know that which color is nice for the curtain and how much we can risk in the business.
